Refund Policy
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed.
Exceptions
If you have a genuine issue with your purchase — for example, the files are corrupted, the download did not work, or the product is materially different from what was described — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
